And that's why Great River Regional Library (GRRL) offers the popular "1,000 Book Before Kindergarten" program. This ambitious but fun program comes with a simple mission: to encourage children ages 0-5 and their parents to read 1,000 books together in advance of kindergarten....

Copies can be made in Color for .50 or Black/White for .10. The machine includes a USB drive, so copies can be scanned and added or printed from the drive. Paynesville Branch Library customer Jen Anfinson is nothing short of inspirational.   It's a new year, and a few of our libraries are kicking it off with brand new hours. Three libraries within the Great River Regional Library system have modified their open hours, effective January of 2018. The three libraries are Clearwater, Elk River and Melrose.
