Preprinted income tax forms and booklets will not be available at Great River Regional Library locations for the 2019-2020 tax season.
The late release of printed forms from both the Federal and State level, difficulties in obtaining the most frequently requested forms and instructions, and the move toward electronic tax filing have persuaded the library that it is no longer a service it should offer.
Library staff can assist patrons in locating tax forms online and directing patrons to other print or online resources. Library staff are not financial professionals and cannot assist patrons with filling out tax forms.
