If have a Great River River Regional Library card, it can be used at any of our 33 locations, In addition, your library card provides you with access to the free digital library.

If your card is from a Minnesota public library outside of Great River Regional Library, in most cases we can accept your card as a reciprocal borrower. To apply as a reciprocal borrower, please go to any of our 32 staffed library locations. Please bring your Minnesota library card. If you are 17 years of age or older, you also need to bring a form of photo identification and your current address information, such as a driver's license or another form of photo ID with an official proof of address (i.e. a bill, check, or tax form).
