What are The Great Courses? Great River Regional Library's Associate Director of Collection Development, Jami Trenam, explains it as, "Essentially video or audio classes taught by some of the world's greatest professors on academic topics ranging from economics, fine arts and music, law, and mathematics to personal growth topics like health and fitness, hobbies and leisure, meditation and mindfulness. The Library is proud to offer a broad collection of quality courses produced by subject experts to help you learn, grow, and thrive because learning doesn't have to happen only in a classroom."
