Great River Regional Library (GRRL) is using Charities Review Council’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Toolkit to learn more about how the organization reflects our communities. This Toolkit will help identify the library’s organizational strengths, gaps, and possibilities for growth.
Register to take part in the DEI survey here: https://bit.ly/349O5qx
We hope to have all surveys completed by November 8. The survey will take about 20-30 minutes, but you can start and stop your progress as needed.
After you register with your name and email address, you will receive the online survey. While participating in the survey is not mandatory, we hope you will feel welcome to share your full experience with our organization. The survey is anonymous, and no identifying characteristics will be linked to your answers.
Feedback will help shape library services in the organization’s updated strategic plan and will improve access to all community members.
Every day GRRL staff commit to and are mindful of our core values. We acknowledge that we are a vital organization where people in our communities can find and use the trusted information they need to thrive. The DEI Toolkit will help us better meet the needs of and embrace our communities. Thank you to those who choose to take the survey!
