SUMMER READING PROGRAM in Delano
Dig Deeper At Your Library! The Summer Reading Program for kids and teens is happening June 1-July 31--use Beanstack, design your own reading goal, or pick up a tracking sheet at your local library! Delano specific:
1. Ages 3-12: Weekly activity bags with free book June 1 to July 31 for ages 3 to 12. Come to curbside and ask for one. Prize drawing for participants in reading program after July 31.
2. Ages 0-3: Ask for TODDLER reading record at curbside. End of program prizes for all participants.
3. Ages 12-18: Use beanstack or paper reading record.End of program participant prizes for all teens.

Hello Delano Library community! Do you see holds on your library card account and are wondering when you can pick them up?
Curbside pickup hours at the Delano library are:
Monday 10-6
Tuesday 10-8
Wednesday 1-8
Thursday 10-6
Friday 1-6
Saturday 10-1
Curbside steps:
• Drive up to front door of building, next to the curb
• Call us at 763.972.3467
• Staff will ask for library card information
• Staff will get your holds, check them out & bag them up
• Staff will place checked out items in your trunk
Returning items/book drops
- Delano 24 Hour DRIVE UP book return is open behind the building.
- Returns will go in to a 72 hour quarantine before staff checks the items in.
- You may see item still on your card for a week after you return the item.
Library events
- Where oh where are Tamra & Greta? Weekly virtual storytimes start Monday April 27 11:00 a.m. on the Delano Library Facebook page.
- Tech tutor times with Joe? Stay tuned…
- In library programs/events/outreach have been postponed/cancelled for all of June, July & August.
Donations of books/other items
- Please do not donate materials during this closure.
