Let's Play Games

One of the library’s latest New, Best & Fun lists is titled Celebrate International Games Day.

The date for International Games Day is Nov. 3, but you can have fun all month long with books about games from the library. The list includes Car Games: 100 games to avoid “are we there yet?”, a new book about the ancient and still intriguing game of chess titled Chess For The Gifted And Busy: A short but comprehensive course from beginner to expert, and The Everything Games Book: Hundreds of classic games for all ages. Check the list, and check the non-fiction shelves at your library for books numbered 793 to 795. That's where you'll find information about all kinds of games.
