Clearwater Library Grand Re-Opening Set For July 21

In June, the Clearwater Public Library moved into new premises at 740 Clearwater Center. The Clearwater Center location is on the eastern edge of the commercial development surrounding the Clearwater truck stop just off I-94.

The new location is only a few paces away from where it was previously situated, but the new space adds more than 1,000 sq. ft. which can be used for meetings, programming and other purposes.

The library's Grand Re-Opening Celebration is set to take place Saturday, July 21, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Clearwater Mayor Lee Monk will do the ribbon cutting at approximately 10:00 a.m. From 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon, Boo Boo the Fishing Clown will entertain children and adults with tricks, and teach children how to tie balloon animals.

Feel free to stop by to check out the new space, have some fun and check out a good read or two at the new Clearwater library.
