Smash books are a quick, easy way to capture life's moments and memories. You add photos, memorabilia and journaling and “smash” them into your book. In this workshop, you are introduced to smash books as you create your own and prepare them for use with an assortment of provided materials. Ages teen to adult. Limit 12. Registration required. The July challenge for a Year In Reading is to read a memoir or biography. You could pick a classic that describes a different time and place, such as "The Diaries Of Samuel Pepys" (17th-century London) or "Out Of Africa" (late colonial Africa).
