The Howard Lake Public Library is offering a series of Thursday morning Summer Storytimes to complement the Summer Library Program theme "Dream Big, Read!" Storytimes are for preschoolers 3 to 5 years of age, and are from 10:30 to 11:15 a.m. Each storytime has its own theme. The June 7 storytime was titled Bedtime, and children were invited to bring along their favorite bedtime friend (see photo) to enjoy songs, stories, rhymes and crafts. The remaining storytimes are:
June 14: Pajama Party (wear your pajamas)
June 21: Things that Go Bump - Did You Hear That?
June 28: Moon and Stars
July 5: I Dream to Be... When I Grow Up (dress like that)
July 12: Creatures of the Night
July 19: Lullabies - Good Night, Sleep Tight!
July 26: Night Time Nursery Rhymes
