Teen Poetry at Pierz

April is National Poetry Month. For the third annual year the Pierz Public Library will celebrate National Poetry Month by requesting teens to submit original poems.

Poems will be displayed in the library without identifying names. A qualified local community member will judge the poems for originality, and one lucky winner will receive a gift card for a local business of their choice from the Friends of the Pierz Public Library.

Teens submitting poems must complete a form, which includes name, phone, age and permission to post poems without name. Questions can be asked at the desk during open hours, by phone 320.468.6486, or email pierzlibrary@grrl.lib.mn.us
