Crossword!  To add to the fun and games of the Summer Reading Program, St. Cloud Public Library has the World's Largest Crossword puzzle for the community to fill in. You'll find it taped on the wall of the glass cubicle close to the upstairs help desk. The clue book is available at the desk. Clues across go all the way to 24718 ("Having a snooze"). Summer is sizzling all across the region. We have movie nights, concerts, jugglers, and the Summer Reading Program. This week, we also have Read Down Your Fines. For patrons 16 years old and younger: for every 15 minutes you read inside one of the 32 GRRL libraries we'll waive $1 off your card. Wow! That's $1 for 15 minutes of reading. Great Deal! Come in, read down, and waive $1.
School's out for summer, but recess is IN at the St. Cloud Public Library. On Wednesday, June 15, the Mississippi Room will be turned into a playground for teens. You want four square? We got it. You want to hula hoop? We got it. You want to Chinese Jump Rope? Yep, we got it. Rain or shine, recess is fine!
