It's National Poetry Month, and here in Sauk Centre, we'd love for you to help us celebrate! This month, stop by the library to write a poem on a leaf for our "Poet-tree." Our tree has been greening up nicely with lots of leaves filled with original poems and lines from favorite poems. Stop by, put up your own poem — and while you are here, check out a book of poetry or prose.

The Sauk Centre Library got into the Star Wars spirit recently with the release of the movie, "The Last Jedi," and you're invited to check out the two-sided display in our large front window! Star Wars books, audiobooks, kits, and movies are all available for checkout. We also have free stickers, activity sheets for making Star Wars snowflakes, and even a word find. Our biggest problem? Keeping the popular display stocked!
