The front of the Pierz Public Library has been given a new look. This past summer, new siding, windows, rock accent and a door were installed. Also a wooden awning was placed over the front of the library. It has an entirely new facade. Farmers and Merchants State Bank of Pierz purchased a sign for the front window. Hopper, the Great River Regional Library "Leap Into Reading" mascot visited the Pierz Public Library on July 11.
