January and February can be snowy and cold; perfect weather to settle in with a good book. This winter, customers at the Paynesville Branch of Great River Regional Library have a hance to win the prizes pictured, as well as others, through participation in the Winter Reading Program ending Feb. 28. There's still time to join the fun. For a chance to win, pick up a reading record at the library, read, record your books, and return the record to the Paynesville branch before the program ends!
