Join us for an early literacy-play session for babies and toddlers at the Paynesville Public Library.  Playdates are Wednesday mornings, 9:00 a.m. on Feb. 22, March 22, and April 12. For ages 0-6. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Our popular watercolor class instructed by artist Janice Sheets at Paynesville Public Library has been expanded to four nights. It is designed for the beginner. No experience necessary. Attend all four classes to complete your two projects. All materials will be provided to complete both a floral watercolor and a landscape. Learn to knit using your arms as the knitting needles at the Paynesville Public Library! The class will cover techniques, supplies and project options for arm knitting. Discover the beautiful thick yarn that accompanies this art form. Each participant will make an eternity scarf using this yarn in class. For adults and teens age 15 and up. Limited to 12, preregistration required. Funded in part by Minnesota's Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund.
Join us at the Paynesville Public Library for a week of 'something to do!' We'll have sweater-shaped sugar cookies  provided, along with frosting and equipment. Trick or Treaters: Show off your costume at the Paynesville Public Library during open hours on Friday (2 to 8 p.m.), Saturday (10 to 1 p.m.) and Monday (2 to 8 p.m.), Oct. 28, 29 and 31, and we'll give you a Halloween treat.
