Dollar-to-Dollar Community Match in Support of the New Kimball Library
Kimball Library Building Fundraising Task Force announces the Opening Together Challenge Match, a final fundraising effort to complete the building project. Along with other funds being raised through leadership giving and grants, the Challenge Match, a dollar-for-dollar $45,000 challenge, will go towards $160,000 needed for the project:
· Sustainability and fair work wages requirements
· Soil correction needs
· Building furniture and fixtures program
· An original state grant match gap
Nine generous business challengers have come forward with $45,000 and are challenging the rest of the community to raise the $45,000 match by October 15. Raising $45,000 from community members will unlock the total amount of $45,000 from these nine generous businesses:
A.M. Maus & Son
Arnold Companies
Arvig
Ehlinger & Associates, Inc.
Harvest Bank
Dan and Tammy Konz
Kuechle Underground
Land O’ Lakes Oil &
Propane Company
Rice Companies, Inc.
Join these "challengers" and show your “virtual” support of a new community asset that will soon serve people of all ages, all walks of life. Gifts of ALL sizes will make this challenge successful. Thank you to all those individuals, organizations, and businesses that have given in the past. You can see where we are today. Now we need you again to bring this project to the finish line. You are making a difference and are an integral part of this historic city project.
