Great River Regional Library’s Winter Reading Program is on – and this year, you’re encouraged to “go wild” while choosing what to read.
In keeping with the 2018 Adult and Teen Winter Reading Program theme, “Read on the Wild Side," we invite you to sample fiction, nonfiction or audio books on topics you may not normally choose.
Of course, you’re always welcome to select from your favorites. Just read at least 5 books during January and February and turn in a drawing slip for a chance to win mugs, gift cards, and – new this year – Winter Reading Program hats.
Additionally, each of our libraries will be holding trivia all program long, offering more chances to win Winter Reading Program prizes.
The 2018 Winter Reading Program runs from Jan. 2 through Feb. 28. Participants must be in 6th grade or older. Prizes have been generously provided by the St. Cloud Friends of the Library.
You can register for the program at any Great River Regional Library or online, and check out griver.org/events to see what kinds of special programs and activities, including author visits, might be happening at your library.
