Eric Dregni lived in Trondheim, Norway for a year as a fellowship recipient where he survived a dinner of "rakfisk" (fermented fish) and discovered his great-grandfather's house in Lusterfjord. Homemade Jam is a folk/soul quartet that celebrates the diverse flavors of West Central Minnesota with a violin, accordion, mandolin and guitar. The main ingredients are the four women's voices which serve up traditional gospel, blues and folk Americana like you've never tasted before!
