Author Scott Thoma will be visiting the Belgrade Public Library on Friday, March 22 from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. His first book, "Out of the Blue", is a true story account of the first-recorded F5 tornado to hit Minnesota, leveling the town of Tracy, MN on June 13, 1968. Scott Thoma lived in Tracy when the tornado hit. He is now a resident of Willmar, Minnesota. Learn to make a quilt from start to finish. Learn construction techniques for several traditional blocks, then assemble the blocks to make a table topper, wall hanging or larger quilt if desired.
