Start your New Years Resolution by getting in shape at the library!! Personal trainer Jenna will lead us in a 30 minute workout using fitness bands. Stretching and healthy nutrition will also be highlighted during this fun morning activity. Participants will also receive a free exercise band along with healthy treats during our cool down afterward. For ages 16 to adult. Preregistration required. Limit 10.
